Suburban Shopping Center and Ice Arena

This project was a joint venture of my client and others. This multi-use site involved conversion of existing commercial buildings and construction of new structures.

This project required me to create a declaration of covenants for the shopping center, which included a grocery store and several small shops, which shared ingress, egress and parking with the ice arena. I prepared tenant leases, vendor contracts and negotiated the resolution of a boundary dispute with a neighboring business. I represented the developer in the sale of the property.

I have participated in the development of portions of other shopping centers, primarily working with developers of building pads located around a central major retailer.
